HAPPY HUMP DAY!

Have a wonderful day! Aren't these flowers from Hawaii beautiful?
P.S. Did anyone watch the speech last light? Any comments?

  1. Oh what a lovely picture. I think they are Bird of Paradise? Nonetheless, gorgeous!! We are 4 hours earlier than you in the East Coast so his speech preempted Oprah.....During the speech I was stripping beds, doing laundry & vacuuming while President O was speaking.... honestly only half paying attention. But...what impressed me the most was during the Q & A how well prepared he is on so many issues as compared with his predecessor....and no stumbling or mispronouncing words....

saw the speech, for the most part....it is so nice to listen to an articulate pres for a change!! i felt he tried to do too much explaining...i mean come on, he has been handed a task that nobody in their right mind would want....he is doing the best he can and has my full support!

  6. He does have a lot on his plate, and he is a smooth talker, I agree. Yes, give him a chance, because we all know that there is so much to fix.

  7. Love the flowers, missed the speech. I do support him and feel like he is in a tough, tough position. There will ALWAYS be critics ( I live with a fervent Republican), but we must move forward. Change is never easy, but it was sooooooo neccessary!

  8. I liked watching the news shows afterwards. I would jump from FOX to MSNBC. Scathing on one, hero worship on the other.
